Dr. Stana Djurdjevic B.Sc., B.S., D.C.Hons, D.Ac.

Dr. Djurdjevic is a Chiropractor and the Director of the multidisciplinary health center. She provides families with natural health care solutions that are safe, effective and reliable. Dr. Djurdjevic has earned her Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Western Ontario. She continued her education to earn a Bachelors of Science from The National College of Chiropractic. In 2000 she earned her degree in Doctor of Chiropractic from The National University of Health Sciences. During her training she also completed Traditional Chinese Acupuncture at The National University of Health Sciences. She has completed the Functional Integrated Medical Acupuncture Course at McMaster University Medical School. She is certified in Active Release Soft Tissue Therapy and Myofascial Release Therapy.
Dr. Stana Djurdjevic is a certified provider of Cox Flexion Decompression Technique. She also incorporates the Activator Technique and Spinal Manipulative Therapies including Thompson Drop Technique in her practice.
Dr. Stana Djurdjevic's passion for Health and Education has helped many patients and corporate businesses, large and small, achieve their health and wellness goals. In addition to providing comprehensive treatment plans, she is also one of the few practitioners in Ontario to be certified and practice Flexion-Decompression Spinal Therapy in the clinical setting.
Dr. Djurdjevic uses a comprehensive functional integrated approach to care, treating all aspects of the musculoskeletal system to achieve optimal long term results.

Dr. Helen Michalakos B. Sc., D.C., D.Ac.

Dr. Michalakos provides a thorough orthopedic and neurological evaluation in order to diagnose disorders and dysfunctions of the musculoskeletal system. She utilizes a functional integrative approach in the management of neuromusculoskeletal conditions. This entails comprehensive patient specific treatment consisting of joint mobilization and manipulation, myofascial release techniques, medical acupuncture and specific functional rehabilitation exercises. Other treatments she provides include flexion-distraction and custom orthotic inserts.
Dr. Michalakos has extensive experience in the treatment of motor-vehicle accident related injuries and in the management of chronic pain disorders.
Dr. Michalakos graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2003 after completing a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto in 2000. She has obtained a Contemporary Medical Acupuncture certificate from McMaster University in 2003 and Active Release Technique Certificate in 2004.

Dr. Avesh Rakkar D.C., B.Kin (Spec.Hon), C.A.P, C.FCE

Dr Rakkar earned her Degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences with specialized honors from York University. Her passion for health and wellness and desire to help others led her to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she earned her Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. During her training she completed her certification in Clinical Acupuncture, Functional Capacity Evaluations and the Graston Technique which involves the treatment of muscles and other soft tissues by utilizing stainless steel instruments. She has also completed a workshop in Workplace assessments-Physical Demands Analysis.
Dr Rakkar specializes in the treatment of dysfunctions and disorders of the neuromuscular- skeletal system involving the spine, muscles, joints and nervous system. She has extensive knowledge and experience in treating sports related injuries, occupational or work related injuries and motor vehicle accident related injuries. Her experience also involves treating post surgical patients, chronic pain patients and individuals suffering from metabolic conditions such as diabetes and degenerative conditions such as osteoarthritis and spinal stenosis. Dr Rakkar also provides orthotic and compression support therapy.
Dr Rakkar is a diversified and evidence based practitioner who adopts a functional, biomechanical and multi-disciplinary approach to patient care and management. Her goals are to alleviate pain, restore range of motion, improve nerve and muscle function, enhance patient education and to ultimately improve the standard of life for her patients. She prides herself in developing trusting relations with her patients and providing exceptional patient care.
Dr Rakkar is registered with the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and the Acupuncture Council of Ontario. She is a member of the Canadian Chiropractic Association and the Ontario Chiropractic Association.

  Dr. Ivana Holub H.D.D.h.s.(med)

Dr. Holub received her diploma in Homeopathic Science & Medicine in 1999 from the Hahnemann College of Homeopathy (York University) & the Toronto School of Homeopathy (University of Toronto) and has done much of her pre-med training at Guelph University. During her practice she has had a particular affinity to mental health issues and has come to specialize in treating people with chronic diseases that have underlying emotional or stress issues, as well as suicidal depression, anxiety and even schizophrenia.
Dr. Holub believes in making a difference in someone's health and life in general that is not found in a pill, but in helping a person make better life choices and bringing their attention back to that which is important.

Vuk Brkovic completed his Bachelor of Science Degree at Belgrade University and continued his education at Kikkawa Massage Therapy School, becoming a Registered Massage Therapist. He is a highly skilled practitioner, with many years of experience. His treatment approaches are based upon the needs and identified areas of concern of his patients.

  Simmone Taylor RMT

Simmone Taylor studied at the Centennial College of Applied Arts and Technology in Toronto to earn her Diploma as a Registered Massage Therapist. She is trained and qualified in Swedish Massage as well as deep tissue therapy, sports massage, pregnancy massage, manual lymphatic drainage and stress reduction massage. Simmone believes in a well rounded natural approach to healing and living.

Irina Fomenko graduated from the Canadian College of Massage & Hydrotherapy and is certified by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. She is also a member of the Ontario Massage Therapist Association.
Irina finds massage therapy a beneficial therapy method in the treatment of a wide range of health problems, including stress reduction and muscle tension elimination to more specific health conditions, including but not limited to bodily injuries, postural dysfunctions, headaches and arthritis.

Lisa is a practitioner of Reiki, Yoga, and Thai Yoga Massage. She has an interest in the overall better health of individuals both physically and mentally and uses alternative approaches to bring balance to people lives.
